Keeper sent off after 12 minutes, 70%+ possession, coming off a disappointing 3-0 defeat to Barca in Spain.........................losing 1-0 isn't the worst performance ever.

Augsberg top of that '40+ point' group now. How many qualify for Europe form the Bundesliga? 6?

Top 4 qualify for the Champions League, 5th and 6th (and 7th depending on the cup winner) Europa League plus the Cup Winner.

So 6. Dortmund are just knocking outside the top 6 now after there 2-0 win this afternoon.

Stuttgart winning really throws the relegation battle wide open 2 points separating 14th to 18th.

Karlsruhe Vs Darmstadt tonight in the Bundesliga 2. Table.

Winner will go into second place after Kaiserslautern lost again. A draw would keep Kaiserslautern in second.

Top 2 go up automatically, with third place being in a play-off with a team from the Bundesliga.

A few years ago Darmstadt were in danger of having no choice but to file for Bankruptcy and were looking at Relegation to the 5th tier in the face.

Only last year they entered there 2nd leg playoff to get into the 2.Liga against Arminia Bielefeld 3-1 down.

Amazing story if they win promotion.

In Bundesliga 3 Bielefeld remain on top with the top 2 going up by right and 3rd going into a playoff for promotion.

Bielefeld play last placed Regensburg this weekend with 2nd playing 3rd. If i've got my maths right a win for Bielefeld and either a draw between MSV Duisburg and Holstein Kiel or a Bielefeld win and a Duisburg win will see them back up into liga 2.

Darmstadt beat Karlsruhe (deservedly from what I watched) and are into 2nd place, with 2 games to play.

Best Karslruhe can really hope for now is 3rd place and a play-off. Both Karlsruhe and Kaiserslautern have lost their last 2 matches.

Bielefeld were 9 points clear a couple of weeks ago. I think they'll beat Regensburg this weekend though and that'll see them promoted.

I'd like to see Duisburg make it out of Kiel and Duisburg.
