Probably go with.

1) Tom Brady
2) Bill Belichick
3) Andre Tippett
4) John Hannah

Hard to leave Ty Law, Stanley Morgan and Mike Haynes off.

Very similar records, Coughlin was on the staff when Parcells won one of his SBs. Therefore the ring as an assistant gave him the edge.

Lambeau and Lombardi are immovable subjects.

Phil Simms was not a very good QB, only reached over 60% accuracy twice in his career, only throwing for a combined 3,500 in those 2 seasons.

Manning has only played 9 seasons, Simms played for 14 but Manning will almost certainly overtake him in passing yards next season. The advance of passing attack distorts the statistics but still think Simms was not a great QB. Simms wont be in the HoF, I think Manning will be.

Simms was a better QB than he is a commentator.

Personally I'd have Parcells over Coughlin. As you've said Eli is better than Simms, and Parcells managed to negotiate a path through dodgy QB play to a noticably better W/L record than Coughlin. I'm not sure Eli is really HoF material, but Coughlin has had stability at the position.

<trivia> I did notice that when Coughlin's Giants win one playoff game they win the superbowl. All their other playoff appearances under Coughlin have been one and done.</trivia>

Stephenson is deserving though.
Stephenson is the greatest ever at his position, even in the relatively short career he had. I did have Griese, but as much as a legend that he was, I went #57.

Looking at some of the names from the 70's and 80's that miss out shows what a storied franchise we were. Only Surtain, Offerdahl, Zach Thomas, Jason Taylor get anywhere close of players since the 90's (Marino excepted)
